La Boulangerie (formerly La Boulange) is a San Francisco based bakery with multiple locations throughout the city. In addition to selling baked goods, they offer coffee, tea, and meals such as soups, salads, and sandwiches. Pascal Rigo was the creator of La Boulange in the late 90's. In 2012, Rigo sold it to Starbucks. Three years later, Starbucks closed all La Boulangerie. That same year (2015), Rigo purchased back several (not all) locations and re-opened them as La Boulangerie.
